You'll make an impact by

• Designing and delivering advanced training for DSOs and industries on SiEmergy, including practical, hands-on training in electrical power system switching under critical conditions
• Developing and enhancing SiEmergy scenarios, tools, simulations, and frameworks for future-ready operational performance
• Leading R&D initiatives to integrate emerging technologies and industry needs into SiEmergy solutions
• Acting as an experienced advisor on switching operations and stress management in critical network scenarios
• Guiding teams through complex switching scenarios with technical leadership and coaching
• Facilitating workshops, simulations, and knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities in technical operations and stress resilience

Your defining qualities

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Extensive experience in electrical power systems, network operations, or similar roles, with a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Strong knowledge of critical network operation situations in Power Transmission and Distribution, with hands-on expertise in switching operations, safety standards, and best practices
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training programs and workshops, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring and inspiring others
