In your new role you will:

• Take responsibility for the qualification of NVM (non-volatile memory) within the NVM qualification team as well as for advanced nodes device qualification based on advanced technologies
• Contribute to definition of NVM qualification strategy as well as device qualification strategy
• Plan and conduct NVM and device stress tests and assess results
• Develop NVM and device aging models
• Develop new methods of assessment of large data
• Contribute to definition and improvement of NVM reliability standards
• Assess customer requests with regard to technical implementation and reliability
• Work in global, interdisciplinary project teams

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or similar
• Ideally some experience in semiconductor industry
• Ideally experience in characterization and reliability of semiconductors
• Basic knowledge in device physics, circuit technology and Embedded Memories
• Programming experience (e.g., Python, LabVIEW or other)
• Excellent communication and presentation skill in English language, skills in German are highly welcome
