Senior Engineer / Senior Product Manager for Semiconductor Packaging

Your Tasks:

Develop and implement innovative solutions for the semiconductor industry, particularly in packaging and process integration.
Address complex technical challenges in microelectronics package design and develop customized solutions.
Provide technical consulting and support for both national and international customer projects.
Lead and manage development projects and interdisciplinary teams for the introduction of new products and processes.
Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new segments and develop strategies.
Perform feasibility studies and continually expand technological knowledge.
Support the sales team with technical arguments and presentations.

Your Skills:

Completed studies in Engineering or Natural Sciences (e.g. Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science) with several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in packaging.
Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and a well-organized working style.
Passion for technical developments and innovative solutions.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage projects independently.
Willingness to collaborate with international teams.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
