Job Description:

As a Senior Financial Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and strategic execution of three hotel developments (Upscale, Midscale, Economy) totaling 800 rooms. These projects are scheduled for handover between 2026 and 2028. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Development and cross‑functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, project alignment, and readiness for potential asset sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial preparation and coordination of hotel handovers
  • Align with construction and operator teams
  • Monitor contractual obligations and project milestones
  • Track and manage budgets and financial performance
• Lead relationships with hotel tenants and operators
• Initiate and manage asset management activities
• Prepare properties for potential sale
  • Conduct market analysis and maintain broker relationships
  • Oversee property setup and documentation
  • Lead financial analysis and data room coordination
• Prepare decision‑making materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain structured documentation and tracking of project‑related topics

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and financial skills with a structured working style
• Experience in project development; hospitality sector experience is a plus
• 6‑10 years of relevant professional experience
• Good German & English (written and spoken) skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
