Management of our construction projects within the scope of the finishing trades.

Responsibility for quality and safety on the construction site.

Coordination of the subcontractors used on the construction sites in the finishing trades.

Assumption of personnel responsibility for the construction site teams.

Scheduling, personnel and inventory planning as well as coordination with the other disciplines.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the construction industry and further training as a construction technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or comparable training or further training.
• Several years of professional experience in expansion.
• Team and communication skills.
• Carefulness, flexibility and optional willingness to travel depending on location.
