Senior Frontend Engineer – TypeScript, React.js/Vue.js– MedTech – up to €110K – Remote


We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a fast-growing MedTech company on a mission to transform patient outcomes and healthcare operations through innovative, data-driven software.

Your Role
• Build modern, accessible, and performant UIs using TypeScript with React.js or Vue.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including medical advisors, product managers, and backend engineers — to build features that truly matter
• Ensure our frontend systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for healthcare environments
• Lead and influence frontend architecture, design systems, and performance improvements
• Champion code quality, testing, and best practices within a high-trust, engineering-led culture


Tech Stack
• Frontend: TypeScript, React.js (or Vue.js), Tailwind, Vite/Webpack
• Backend: Node.js, Golang, Postgres, Azure
• Tooling: CI/CD, Storybook, E2E testing, Playwright, secure-by-design principles


What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in frontend development, ideally in SaaS or regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern frameworks (React.js or Vue.js)
• A passion for performance, usability, and accessibility — especially in high-impact domains
• Experience building user-facing products with complex data workflows
• Self-driven and thoughtful, with a strong sense of ownership and product thinking
• Bonus: familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or experience in MedTech
