Senior Front-End Developer / Europe / Freelance Contract



Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with proven experience in headless CMS implementations, specifically leveraging Sitecore XM Cloud as the backend.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
• Lead the development of modern, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Implement and maintain headless integrations with Sitecore XM Cloud using GraphQL, REST APIs, and Sitecore JSS.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Optimize front-end performance and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and Sitecore updates.


Required Skills & Competencies
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud and headless CMS architectures.
• Familiarity with Sitecore JSS, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.


Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4 month freelance contract
Location: Remote (EU only)
