(Senior) Frontend Engineer- Broker (mfx)

Responsibilities

• Be part of a highly motivated cross‑functional team which focuses on the expansion of our broker business
• Build and run one of the fastest growing neo‑brokers in Europe
• Make trading a unique and enjoyable experience by enriching our web app with state‑of‑the‑art features
• Get to work on cutting edge technology and be part of modern software development practices (e.g. agile and self‑sufficient teams, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, cloud‑based infrastructure and tooling)
• You write clean, testable, maintainable and well‑documented code and treat security as a first‑class citizen
• Lead conversations with other engineers
• You are actively taking part in architecture decisions

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences ...) or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in complex software projects with end‑to‑end ownership
• Ability to think outside the box and to work independently
• Analytical proficiency both in the technical and in the product domain
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise and targeted towards your audience – engineering, product or other stakeholders
• A strong professional or academic background in our technology stack: Typescript, ReactJS, Webpack (Apollo), GraphQL, Docker, AWS
• An interest in other technology stacks
• Professional proficiency in English
• Background in FinTech is a strong plus
