Senior Frontend Engineer - Open Source MLOps

Location: Munich or Remote - B2B Remote OR Full-time on-site

Are you an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer ready to make a significant impact on the rapidly evolving world of AI? We're transforming how AI engineers build production-ready pipelines with our open-source MLOps framework. We're looking for experienced frontend talent to elevate our UI/UX and define the visual and interactive experience for thousands of ML and AI engineers worldwide.

This isn't just another frontend role. You'll be architecting intuitive interfaces that simplify complex ML workflows, directly influencing how our users interact with cutting-edge machine learning operations. What You'll Do:

Drive Frontend Innovation
Lead the conceptual planning and development of our open-source MLOps dashboard. This includes working with technologies like React, Tailwind, React-Query, and react-flow.
Develop our commercial application built on the framework using Next.js, Tailwind, React-Query, and Radix/Shadcn components.
Maintain and evolve our open-source, shared component library.
Champion Developer Experience by improving frontend development velocity for the team.
Influence the product roadmap with your technical expertise and insights.
Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to continuously enhance usability.

Your Toolkit & Experience:
We're looking for a seasoned engineer with:

5+ years of substantial frontend development experience, demonstrating a history of tackling complex challenges.
A strong track record of designing reusable component systems and maintaining robust component libraries.
A natural talent for simplifying complex interfaces with elegant and user-centric solutions.
A genuine interest in machine learning or data systems (prior experience is a plus, but curiosity is essential!).
An enthusiasm for building in public and engaging with open-source community contributors.

You'll primarily work with: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, leveraging React-Query for state management, building with and extending Radix/Shadcn components, and tackling complex data visualization with react-flow.
