Senior Full Stack Developer

Your Role:

As a Fullstack Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our FinTech platform. You’ll be involved in the entire development process, from front-end design to back-end architecture, ensuring our applications are robust, responsive, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development: Bring our graphic designers' visions to life by implementing responsive and cross-platform web designs.
2. Back-End Development: Design and develop scalable server-side solutions, manage databases, and ensure seamless integration.
3. API Design & Development: Create and maintain APIs that meet both technical and customer-specific requirements.
4. Maintenance & Scaling: Oversee the performance, maintenance, and scalability of our cloud-based servers and databases.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: 5+ years with our core tech stack: NodeJS, React, NextJS, PostgreSQL, and optionally, GO.
2. Track Record: Proven experience in bringing at least one product live (references are a plus!).
3. Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Expertise in React and NodeJs, especially in combination with NextJS.
• Proficiency in database technologies, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with big data solutions like Hadoop or similar.
• Basic knowledge of neural networks.
