Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead

Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 per year + Bonus

Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, React, and Azure Cloud. You’ll lead a small development team, design scalable solutions, and ensure technical excellence across backend and frontend systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high coding standards
• Design and build cloud-native applications using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot
• Develop modern frontends with React and TypeScript
• Deploy and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Cosmos DB)
• Implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software
• Drive best practices in DevOps, testing, and agile development

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, with some in a leadership or mentoring role
• Strong backend skills in Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git‑based workflows
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
