Job Description: Full-Stack Developer (Frontend → Backend)


About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Frontend Developer who is eager to grow into a Full-Stack Developer role with backend responsibilities. You will be directly responsible for implementing features, maintaining code quality, and ensuring smooth delivery of tasks in a self-organized manner.



Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend components with scalability in mind.
• Extend responsibilities into backend development (Node.js / APIs / databases).
• Work independently on tickets: from analysis to implementation and testing.
• Actively use Jira: create, track, and close tickets in a structured workflow.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.


Requirements
• Strong experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Basic understanding of backend technologies with willingness to grow into backend development.
• Self-driven and organized way of working – ability to manage own tasks without micromanagement.
• Experience in working with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).


Nice to Have
• Experience with REST APIs, Node.js, or databases (SQL / NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Previous experience in small, agile teams.
