The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our collaborative and Agile team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful software, utilizing cutting-edge technologies, and contributing to products that drive measurable results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Design, optimize, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment, utilizing JIRA for task management and sprint planning.
• Take full ownership of tasks, delivering end-to-end solutions with attention to edge cases and best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets high standards of quality.
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, video conferences, and team discussions to align on goals and progress.
• Ensure working hours overlap with German time zones to enable seamless communication.


What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to anticipate and address edge cases.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with clear and effective communication skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance.
• Ability to write comprehensive unit tests.
• Familiarity with Airbnb's JavaScript style guide and other coding standards.
• Experience with CSS, frontend technologies, Express.js, and NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Git, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of German (a plus, but not required).
