Digital Assets and Crpto-currencies

Join our innovative team in the fast-evolving world of digital assets and cryptocurrencies, where you'll develop and secure decentralized systems using blockchain technology. This domain encompasses creating and managing digital currencies, tokenized assets, and NFTs, enabling secure, transparent, and efficient peer-to-peer value exchange without intermediaries.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (f/m/x), you will be for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications for a crypto-currency platform in the Corporate Bank department. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. Employees work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. Employees typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. Is clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Individual contributor role requiring significant relevant experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing software in Java, object-oriented database and grid using Kubernetes & OpenShift platform. Building REST web services, designing interface between UI and REST service & building data-grid centric UI.
• Participating fully in the development process through the entire software lifecycle using agile software development process
• Use BDD techniques, collaborating closely with users, analysts, developers, and other testers. Make sure you are doing the right thing, write code and write it well. Be proud to call yourself a programmer.
• Use test driven development, write clean code, and refactor constantly.
• Be ready to work on a range of technologies and components, including user interfaces, services, and databases. Act as a generalizing specialist.
• Define and evolve the architecture of the components you are working on and contribute to architectural decisions at a department and bank-wide level.
• Ensure that the software you build is reliable and easy to support in production. Be prepared to take your turn on call providing 3rd line support when it’s needed



Your Skills And Experiences

• Expert hands-on Java / J2EE development (java 11+) and toolsets, Microservices design, orchestration, messaging and Rest Api. Desirable: Experience in Spring Boot and/or Quarkus framework, Kafka, Kubernetes and Google Cloud.
• Expert of UI technologies, frameworks and tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS.
• Practical experience of test-driven development and constant refactoring in continuous integration environment. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and observability platform such as New Relic.
• Experienced in SQL and relational databases. Knowledge on NoSQL and document databases and data pipelines is desirable.
• Experienced working in an agile team, practicing Scrum, Kanban or XP and experience of performing Functional Analysis is highly desirable. Working knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto-currencies and smart contracts is desirable.
