We are building a small, dynamic team of passionate builders who are excited to define a new category of software. Our hybrid setup involves 2–3 days a week in‑office and home office on Monday & Friday.

Overview

A versatile and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer who excels at crafting intuitive user interfaces with React and building robust, scalable backend services with Node.js and TypeScript. You will own features end‑to‑end, from architectural design to deployment, and help shape our core product, technology stack, and engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high‑quality features across the entire stack, from user‑centric interfaces in React to high‑performance backend services in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Architect, maintain, and optimize our systems for performance and reliability, while staying pragmatic and fast‑paced.
• Work proactively with Product, UX, and engineers to define requirements, refine user experiences, and ensure seamless integration from concept to deployment.
• Participate in tech talks, architectural discussions, workflow documentation, and exploration of modern technologies to foster continuous learning and a product‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack software development, with significant expertise across both frontend and backend technologies.
• Deep proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries (ideally Radix UI).
• Strong experience in Node.js, API design, relational databases, and efficient, robust backend services.
• Passion for clean code, automated testing, code review, and continuous refactoring.
• A startup mentality: get things done, operate autonomously, and thrive in a dynamic early‑stage environment.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and fluency in written and spoken English.
