About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain modern frontend features across our core web applications and interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineering to deliver intuitive, performant user experiences
• Take ownership of key frontend components and contribute to architectural decisions
• Develop and iterate on full‑stack features, using TypeScript across the stack and Next.js on the frontend
• Shape the look, feel, and functionality of data‑intensive tools that empower users to understand and reduce their emissions

This role is part of the Engineering team — a group focused on building scalable infrastructure for carbon intelligence, working closely with product managers and climate scientists.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building frontend and full‑stack applications, ideally in SaaS environments
• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and Next.js , building and maintaining full‑featured web applications
• Proficiency in RESTful API integration, state management, and component‑based UI architecture
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Familiarity with Rust and/or AWS infrastructure is a plus
• Structured, outcome‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Self‑driven and comfortable working autonomously in a distributed team setting

• Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Type: Full‑time, flexible working hours
