Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work as an engineer in an agile team of backend and full‑stack developers within our growing data department.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers and other engineering teams.
• Bring data products (e.g., machine‑learning models) to production and deliver real business value.
• Develop software solutions that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements around data protection and other related regulations.
• Use cutting‑edge technologies and modern software‑development practices (agile, CI/CD, test automation, cloud‑based infrastructure and tooling).
• Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well‑documented code with a strong focus on security.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, natural science, mathematics or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot, backend) and experience with JavaScript, React, Node (frontend); Python is a plus.
• Experience developing code and building infrastructure on AWS.
• Experience with end‑to‑end ownership of complex software projects and microservices.
• Interest in data projects and data‑driven business applications.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Consent Management is a plus.
• Motivation to implement regulatory obligations arising from data protection law.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, open, concise, and professional proficiency in English.
• Interest in the FinTech industry.
• A positive outlook on life and a sense of humour.
