✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong expertise in Python (required)
• Solid experience in React
• Proven experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS)
• Good understanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development platforms (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Technical leadership and architecture decision-making experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken) — international team and context
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proactive and autonomous mindset
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Lead the technical design and development of fullstack features (50% backend / 50% frontend)
• Take ownership of architecture decisions and code quality standards
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing code reviews and guidance
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices within the team
• Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams in a remote environment
• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and suggest improvements where needed
