What You’ll Do

• Define and scale the visual language: establish guidelines, templates, and QA to ensure consistency and efficiency across all touchpoints
• Build in-house capability: transition work from agencies, improve workflows, and create repeatable processes that lift quality and speed
• Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with marketing, product, and leadership to align creative with growth and brand goals

What You’ll Bring

• Experience leading brand and campaign work end-to-end at agencies or high-growth brands, with a portfolio that shows refined taste and business impact
• Strong command of Adobe CC and Figma, with the ability to brief/direct motion and environmental applications when needed
• Proven track record owning the idea (not just layouts) and turning concepts into scalable systems and toolkits
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across marketing, product, and leadership
• Bonus: Experience in fintech and/or advertising; familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows
