What You Will Do

• Preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including appendices for the entire group of companies, in accordance with the applicable regulations according to US GAAP/IFRS, as well as capital market publications
• Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (according to US GAAP and IFRS), ensuring the proper recording of all transactions, and maintaining compliance with SOX, SEC, and other US regulatory requirements
• Act as the contact person for all departments for accounting issues and questions
• Maintain master data and ensure the quality of reporting
• Support and take on special projects in external accounting, and clarify special issues in national and international accounting
• Continuously develop and adjust accounting and consolidation guidelines, as well as reporting processes
• Engage in permanent process optimization and actively advance automation, standardization, and digitalization of our accounting
• Support with special tasks and projects

What You Will Bring

• Completed degree in economics with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable education
• Relevant professional experience as a Group Accountant or in a comparable position
• Strong expertise in US GAAP is required, including experience with SOX compliance, SEC reporting, and US regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of IFRS regulations is nice to have
• Practical or theoretical consolidation knowledge
• Experience in Loan Accounting and Cash Management is preferred
• Very good Excel skills and knowledge of management reporting systems (LucaNet is a plus)
• Interested in being part of an international capital market-oriented group of companies
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and hands-on mentality
• Business fluent English with strong communication skills
