Responsibilities

• Group Controller (m/f/d) – responsible for the support, implementation and further development of the HELM Group's reporting, with a focus on management reporting and the BI tool.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports at group level, and provide standard and ad hoc analyses for the management board, executive management and other company divisions.
• Coordinate the annual planning and planning processes at group level as well as the forecast and the associated reporting – including the support and further development of the HELM Group's planning instruments and processes.
• Prepare decision papers and board meetings and create presentations at group level.
• Ensure compliance with defined standards and contribute to the further development of reporting.

Qualifications / Profile

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the controlling environment and with controlling systems, with in-depth knowledge in controlling-related topics (finance, group controlling, project controlling, budgeting, basics of cost control).
• Excellent understanding of BI applications and proficiency in Excel. Professional user knowledge in SAP FI/CO or other ERP systems; project experience in supporting SAP CO modules is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a proactive mindset and hands-on mentality.
• Team-oriented and resilient personality with an entrepreneurial mindset; open to new topics.
• Fluent German and English.
