Your contribution:

• You implement and enforce our end-to-end Health & Safety guidelines , ensuring all work is carried out without safety breaches.
• You develop and issue safety standards for projects and conduct regular inspections of our workplaces.
• You investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• You manage and resolve complaints related to health, safety, and employee welfare.
• You promote a strong safety culture and provide expert advice to our local business units.
• You perform site audits and assess the safety compliance of work performed by our suppliers.

What makes you stand out:

• Long-standing professional experience in a similar Health & Safety role, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• A concentrated and precise working style with a strong, hands‑on mentality .
• Excellent organizational skills and a persistent, pragmatic approach.
• A proven track record of successful training as an occupational safety specialist (e.g. safety engineer, "Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit")
• Fluency in both German and English (C1 level, written and spoken).
