We’re building tech that transforms everyday service experiences through Wallet Studio, a dynamic access point to the services people need at the exact moment they need them. We’re creating a new category and a new service layer for customer success. You will guide enterprise customers through their projects with Wallet Studio and act as a strategic advisor and technical partner to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead Enterprise Implementations: Manage the complete lifecycle of Wallet Studio rollouts from discovery and scoping to configuration, advising and post-launch optimization.
• Act as Trusted Technical Partner: Serve as the main advisor for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing success with Wallet Studio.
• Drive Strategic Project Delivery: Establish clear project governance structures, define success metrics, and manage execution timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Translate Business Processes into Wallet Studio Configurations: Convert clients’ marketing and CRM workflows into actionable Wallet Studio setups that deliver tangible results.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting teams to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
• Manage Multi-Stakeholder Dynamics: Facilitate structured communication and alignment between technical, business, and marketing teams within large organizations.
• Optimize for Customer Success: Conduct regular solution health checks, identify optimization opportunities, and address risks to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously Evolve Implementation Practices: Apply agile methodologies and a build–measure–learn approach to refine processes and delivery models.
• Represent MissMP Professionally: Act as a confident ambassador for Miss Moneypenny Technologies in English and German contexts.
• On-Site Collaboration: Participate in regular on-site client engagements to strengthen relationships and accelerate results.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years in a hybrid role encompassing stakeholder management, SaaS implementation, and project management within enterprise or high-growth software environments.
• Wallet & Digital Experience Expertise: Familiarity with digital wallets, mobile engagement, or marketing technology ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Project Leadership: Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder SaaS projects end-to-end, ideally using Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to understand API-based products, data flows, and integrations translating technical concepts into clear client outcomes.
• Client-Facing Excellence: Skilled at managing senior-level relationships, aligning complex priorities, and delivering with confidence and empathy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German (C1-C2); proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• Structured Approach: Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tools & Methods: Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools; Scrum/Kanban certification or training preferred.
• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve rapidly.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Motivated to drive measurable business impact for enterprise clients through technology adoption.
