Client Flex Office Tech

Duration: 6 Months

Owns local tech solutions.

Business Engagement
  • Approves and communicates scheduled downtime for network, printer, and AV changes at the site.
  • Cascades site-specific messaging to end users.
  • Acts as POC for business escalations and liaison related to:
    • Site-level outages (Major Incident Management)
    • Global tech projects
    • Desk side support
    • Service Desk
    • Overall service issues

Desk Side Support
  • Monitors daily operations, smart hands requests and on-demand engineer dispatch.

Lifecycle & Budget Planning
  • Manages hardware tech budgeting and lifecycle for laptops, printers, AV, and network equipment.
  • Oversees goods receipt/dispatch, stock audits, and asset capitalization.
  • Owns local asset disposal/reuse strategy.
  • Manages iPad & Mobile assets: Defines local iPad/mobile policies, distribution, and collection.

Local IT Vendor & Contract Management
  • Manages local contracts for global solutions (e.g., Ricoh 3rd party).
  • Raises POs, reviews contract terms, completes TPRM, and signs contracts.

Access Management
  • Manages access to comms rooms and stock rooms for MSPs, audits, and governance.
