Senior Integrated Business Planning Manager (m/f/d)

Overview

Senior Integrated Business Planning Manager (m/f/d) – Westwing. This permanent position is based in Munich .

What you’ll do

• Own and further develop the IBP process at Westwing, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Finance, Operations teams and senior leadership
• Lead the preparation and facilitation of Category and Portfolio Review meetings, ensuring cross-functional input, performance transparency and clear forward-looking actions
• Prepare the monthly Management Review with C-level and senior leadership, enabling fact-based decisions that impact inventory, sales planning and financial outcomes
• Manage the Open To Buy (OTB) process to ensure disciplined inventory investments aligned with Commercial
• Monitor and evaluate the impact on Net Working Capital, ensuring financial implications are well understood and managed
• Drive process adherence and continuously challenge stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered and corrective actions are taken when needed
• Be the connecting point between commercial and financial planning, providing insights and recommendations that directly influence company performance

You come with

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, S&OP or a comparable role within e-commerce, retail, consulting or supply chain-heavy industries
• A strong track record in driving cross-functional planning processes and engaging with senior stakeholders up to C-level
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Confidence in managing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning on priorities in a fast-paced environment with ownership, structure and attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SQL skills with experience in Snowflake environments are a plus
• Fluency in English
