We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive strategic direction and transformation in our global organization.

1. Strategic Finance Transformation
• Translate business strategy into actionable projects and lead the management of the transformation program in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
2. Market Analysis and Insights
• Conduct market benchmarking, trend analysis, and identify best practices and innovation opportunities to shape future finance capabilities.
3. Change Management and Communication
• Lead change management and communication activities to build transparency, engagement, and adoption across the finance community.
4. Leadership and Program Management :
• At least 5 years of experience in international finance organizations or transformation programs.
• Consultancy background in finance transformation is highly beneficial.
5. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement :
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior management as well as operational teams, with proven ability to drive change, align stakeholders, and solve problems.
