Your Role

• Optimize IT and Enterprise Service Management: Improve IT Service Management and Enterprise Service Management for IT organizations with foresight and drive their realignment.
• Lead projects to enhance performance of IT/overall organization: Design and manage projects to optimize processes, value streams, and organizational workflows with the goal of increasing performance.
• Enhance with Enterprise Service Management: Analyze the current situation of IT and relevant departments holistically and develop actionable solutions focusing on Enterprise Service Management.
• Develop architectural concepts: Create architectural concepts, guidelines, policies, and decision templates.
• Be a mentor and service guarantor: Act as a communicator, mentor, and advisor for the entire organization and ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
• Support customer transformation: Serve as the interface between departments and IT, actively guiding the customer through organizational change.

Your Profile

• Education and Qualification: Degree with a focus on business, computer science, or comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: At least two years, or five years as a senior, in Enterprise Service Management, IT Service Management, digital transformation, or IT organization optimization.
• Frameworks and Trends: Solid experience with frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Scrum), project management methods, and knowledge of key technology trends.
• Team Player: Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with a high degree of initiative.
• Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
