As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you to join our Collaboration Team as a(Senior) IT Consultant (m/f/d) in Munich, Hamburg or Frankfurt as soon as possible. In this role, you will support our large and medium-sized customers with projects in the area of Cisco Collaboration

What you can expect from us

• You are responsible for the independent planning and implementation of projects in the area of Cisco and Microsoft Collaboration
• You design, implement and optimise technical solutions with collaboration products such as Webex, Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications
• You conduct technical workshops and training courses for our customers
• You support the sales department with technical questions and the preparation of offers and tenders
• You give technical presentations for internal and external target groups
• You coach and provide technical support to your colleagues
• You actively contribute to the further development of our technical portfolio
• You are part of a dedicated team that develops innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers

What sets you apart

• You have successfully completed a degree or training in the IT environment
• At least 5 years of experience in the project or service business with a focus on Cisco Collaboration
• Ideally you have a certification from Cisco or Microsoft
• You are a strong presenter and find it easy to present technical issues in a simple way
• You are characterised by commitment and initiative, your working style is characterised by independence and structure
• You have a driving licence (B)
• You feel most comfortable in a team and value personal collaboration on site
• German language skills at level C1 and good English skills at level B1 round off your profile
