Senior IT Inhouse Consultant (w/m/d) - SAP SuccessFactors

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join us as a Senior IT Inhouse Consultant (w/m/d) for SAP SuccessFactors at our Melsungen location.

Position Overview:

Within the Central IT Department, you will be responsible for the Enterprise Applications area, focusing on the operation and development of global applications and platforms to support business processes and digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consulting to the Group Human Resources department, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Participate in projects and lead local/global initiatives as required.
• Gather, analyze, evaluate business requirements, and document solutions.
• Support and maintain systems, participate in second-level support, and identify optimization opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
• Good understanding of HR processes and interfaces.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
