Summary Statement

Our Global IT is the central partner for Ottobock's specialist departments. As a business enabler, we provide the entire portfolio of infrastructure and applications. We are positioning ourselves for the future and need reinforcement to drive forward our strategic and tactical IT projects, supporting the company's strong growth with scalable IT solutions.
The position can also be filled remotely within Germany.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage challenging IT projects across all phases, from initiation to rollout, using both classic and agile project methods.
• Handle stakeholder management, risk and change management, time and budget control, management of IT service providers, and monitor quality and service levels to ensure project success.
• Coordinate processes closely with specialist departments and colleagues from Global IT.
• Engage confidently at specialist and management levels to manage complex discussions and negotiations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-project management).
• Support the organization in optimizing and further developing project management processes and methods with your expertise.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of studies in (business) informatics, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Broad understanding of IT technology with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Experience working with complex application landscapes, SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and possibly IT infrastructure.
• Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong communication, cooperation, and presentation skills in German and English.
