We are seeking a highly motivated (Senior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the new client sales process by providing technical and functional integration consultation for our product, Accounting as a Service . You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, risk management, controlling, and timeline tracking. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure a structured and seamless handover, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Consult the merchant regarding technical and functional integration of our product, Accounting as a Service
• Provide first-class and pro-active support and consulting on how to integrate and configure our product during pre-sales, onboarding, and aftersales
• Manage the entire project lifecycle for national and international internal and external projects
• Collaborate with Development, Activation, and Operations teams to facilitate a smooth handover
• Maintain a structured and organized approach to work, ensuring efficient project management

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management or a comparable role
• Finance expertise: a solid background in billing, financial accounting, or similar
• Strong ability to understand and explain business processes and (REST) APIs
• Proficiency in (technical) solution design, with a solid understanding of typical modern application landscapes such as eCommerce, Mobility, or similar domains
• Hands-on project management experience: several years leading complex projects, ideally using Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Language proficiency: Fluent English skills (C1 level); German proficiency is a plus
