What you can expect:

As (Senior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d) you will implement projects in the field of planning and scheduling systems for public transport, in time, scope, quality and budget:

• You act as a proactive interface and shape communication between the internal departments and our customers
• You ensure that all requirements, project tasks and open points are identified at an early stage and distributed to the responsible contact persons
• You coordinate our resources between various parallel projects
• In addition, you monitor and coordinate project progress and check the results
• Preparation and implementation of project meetings and promotion of continuous knowledge transfer
• Supporting our sales team with tenders, customer acquisition and contact management
• You create the basis for follow-up orders and additional sales outside the project context

What you bring to the table:

• A completed (technical) degree or comparable training
• Relevant experience in the independent management of (large-scale) IT projects
• Certification in a project management context is an advantage
• A pronounced technical understanding as well as communicative strength, analytical thinking skills and a high level of personal responsibility
• A visionary mindset and powers of persuasion; organizational and coordination skills to keep a close eye on parallel projects
• Very good knowledge of German and English and ideally experience in dealing with international contacts
• Willingness to undertake occasional international / national business trips (taking current developments into account)
