How you'll make an impact

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Support design, implementation, and maintenance of core product features focusing on performance, scalability, and usability.
• Convert user feedback and research into impactful technical solutions that address real user needs.
• Take part in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and contribute to a robust agile development process.
• Stay informed on trends and contribute insights that shape the development of competitive, forward-thinking products.
• Offer technical support to internal teams and contribute to solving complex technical challenges.

What it takes to succeed in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, software engineering, and Front-Office applications.
• Familiar with modern project management and agile tools, as well as product lifecycle methodologies.
• Passion for creating user-centered solutions and driving product excellence.
• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage.
