Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a competent contact person for our customers for all questions in the Security area. As a Consultant for Cyber Security with a focus on consulting and conceptualization of solutions in the area of national classified information (VS) with a focus on VS-NUR FÜR DEN DIENSTGEBRAUCH, as well as consulting customers who fall under KRITIS and NIS2, you will work with medium-sized companies at the decision-maker and specialist level on all questions of Cyber Security and will be actively involved in the customer-specific adaptation of solution concepts.

Further Responsibilities

• Further development of products and solution scenarios in the context of VS-NfD
• Consulting new and existing customers in the IT Security environment with a focus on VS-NfD, IT risk management, IT infrastructure resilience optimization, information security consulting, and information security management
• Expansion of the Security Services portfolio and presentation of this in the context of customer events
• Representation and participation in customer events and trade fairs/forums
• Consulting and sub-project management in customer projects
• Support for the sales process in the sense of creating offers, processing orders, acquiring new customers, and identifying additional needs

Requirements

• You have a degree or completed studies in the field of computer science or an IT-related profession
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of information technology, with a desirable focus on IT Security Consulting, IT Consulting, or IT Infrastructure Consulting
• Knowledge and understanding of IT Security technologies and architectures
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure topologies
• Knowledge of DIN/ISO 27001 certification based on IT Grundschutz
• Knowledge of IT risk management
• Knowledge of information security management
• Knowledge of BSI (Federal Office for Information Security) standards
• Knowledge of the implementation of VS-NfD-relevant project requirements
• Good English language skills in speaking and writing
• Good presentation and communication skills
• You have a high degree of customer and service orientation
• You are a team player
• You show willingness to lead and manage projects (Senior IT Security Consultant)
• Willingness to take end-to-end responsibility for the tasks assigned to you
