What you do

• Take technical ownership of Container‑as‑a‑Service platforms and develop custom solutions.
• Analyze existing systems with clients and advise on containerization and modernizing applications.
• Design, implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters (Vanilla, OpenShift).
• Set up or optimize CI/CD pipelines – tools such as GitLab, ArgoCD or Jenkins.
• Ensure monitoring and logging – Prometheus, Grafana – as part of platform architecture.
• Conduct workshops, communicate confidently with stakeholders and produce clean technical documentation.

Which you fit

• Deep experience with Kubernetes and Docker – ideally OpenShift.
• Infrastructure as Code is standard – Terraform, Ansible or Helm.
• Excellent Linux knowledge – no fear of deep system integration.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) – Multicloud setups are familiar.
• Precise and persuasive communication in German and English.
• Ideally hold one of the certifications: CKA, CKAD or KKS.
