We seek an exceptional developer who can significantly impact our platform's development and accelerate our growth. The ideal candidate is highly productive, quick at problem assessment, and proficient in integrating AI to automate processes, solve problems, and unlock new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-first software solutions addressing complex user stories, ensuring scalable architecture and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for diverse business challenges.
• Work closely with product managers and UX designers to create optimal user and technical solutions.
• Own the entire development pipeline from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Engage with other developers on architecture, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Maintain an agnostic approach to programming languages and tools, choosing the best technology for each task.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools addressing real-world business problems.
• Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, and vector embedding workflows.
• Experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and production-grade generative AI services.
• Knowledge of agentic AI workflows , including multi-step reasoning, tool use, memory management, and autonomous decision-making systems.
• Strong motivation to learn, adapt, and improve continuously.
• Ability to challenge others constructively and communicate effectively with colleagues, product owners, and CTOs.
• Highly autonomous with strong problem-solving skills, knowing when to involve others.
• Friendly and respectful attitude towards colleagues.

Location

• You should be within +/- 3 hours of continental European time zone.
