Job Description

As a (Senior) Legal Counsel (m / f / diverse), you will be a member of AUMOVIO's Global Law Department with main responsibility for providing legal advice for AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries on Corporate Law and M&A projects. This encompasses :

• Advice on Stock Corporation law, including the specifics of an SE
• Supporting the Annual Shareholders' Meeting
• Advice on Capital Market laws
• Advice on Corporate Governance topics
• Supporting Corporate Finance and related transactions
• Corporate Housekeeping for subsidiaries
• Advice on and support for M & A projects, with a focus on international transactions

Qualifications

The ideal candidate (m / f / diverse) will possess the following qualifications :

• Fully qualified lawyerin Germany
• Experienced in Corporate Law and / or M&A
• Fluent English and German language skills(both written and spoken)
• Business-minded and strong economic understanding
• Good communication skills
• Team player
