The Difference You Will Make
Airbnb is seeking a highly motivated Senior Counsel with experience managing regulatory and other litigation and disputes across multiple European jurisdictions to join our legal team in EMEA. Based in Dublin, London, Paris, or Berlin, you will report to our Lead Counsel, Litigation in Paris.
You will support Airbnb’s litigation strategy and work closely with the legal team across Europe as well as regular engagement with colleagues in North America, APAC & LatAm. You must have excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance legal risks with business strategy. We’re looking for a highly adaptable and collaborative person who can handle ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, and poise.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
