We’re hiring on behalf of one of Europe’s most ambitious AI startups! Backed by serious compute, a world-class team, and a mission to change how AI gets real work done.

This isn’t another SaaS company. Their platform is a cloud-native execution layer that lets AI agents operate real software UIs; clicking, typing, reading, navigating; just like a human, but at scale and without APIs. Think of it as the OS for digital labour.

Now they’re building out their founding AI team and they are looking for an LLM + RL expert to lead from the front. You’ll work with 500+ H100 GPUs, deep reinforcement learning, and a team of top-tier engineers and researchers solving real technical problems at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Design and train large-scale LLMs for autonomous execution
• Build RL agents that operate inside real GUI-based environments
• Develop simulation environments for agent training
• Optimise model performance for inference and deployment
• Collaborate with top-tier researchers on cutting-edge ML
What You’ll Bring
• Hands-on experience building and training LLMs at scale
• Deep knowledge of RL frameworks, agent-based learning, and neural optimisation
• Proficiency in PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, CUDA, Triton, DeepSpeed
• Experience scaling training across 500+ GPU clusters (NVLink, InfiniBand, etc.)
• Research background (top-tier publications a plus)
• Willing to relocate to Jena after onboarding
• Fluent in English or German
