Remote working can very flexible (1 day every 2 weeks in office if desired).

The fixed salary is up to €110k.

Professional level German is required for this role.

• Develop and optimise LLM evaluation and simulation frameworks to automate prompting processes, ensuring models improve over time using structured datasets and metrics.
• Design and deploy scalable NLP models to enhance enterprise communication, leveraging techniques like text classification, sentiment analysis, and semantic extraction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments, ensuring seamless performance and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct experiments to explore state-of-the-art NLP techniques, prototyping innovative approaches to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and refine deployed models, addressing challenges like data quality and bias to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.

• Advanced NLP Expertise: 3+ years of experience in machine learning and NLP, with proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Practical LLM Knowledge: Proven track record of building and deploying LLMs, with strong understanding of evaluation frameworks and automated model improvement.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to tackle complex NLP challenges.
• Collaborative Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate technical insights into business-focused solutions.
