Overview

(Senior) Manager – Asset Management & Landlord Relations (m/w/d) at Ruby Hotels & Workspaces. Ruby is a growing hospitality group with hotels and workspaces across Europe, pursuing Lean Luxury and creating a modern, affordable form of luxury. This role focuses on asset management and landlord relations within our property portfolio.

Responsibilities

Act as the central interface for owners, property managers, and facility administrators.
Lead post-contract negotiations and create or review documentation with attention to detail.
Monitor all leasing commitments from delineation lists to reporting obligations and guarantees.
Collaborate with Maintenance and Strategic Refurbishments teams to address open deficiencies.
Review monthly rent payments, indexations, and the impact of technical processes.
Own budgeting and monitoring of rents and ancillary costs.

Qualifications

Degree in Hotel Management, Real Estate Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in the hotel real estate sector with strong contract management, budgeting, and controlling skills.
Solution-oriented, efficient, precise work style with initiative, creativity, and business thinking.
Solid knowledge of lease and real estate law; basic knowledge of the Operating Costs Ordinance.
Professionalism, strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
Fluent in German and very good English.
