About The Role
As Senior Manager, you will lead IT risk governance, digital compliance, and M&A activities across the EMEA region, acting as the regional authority for IT due diligence and risk management during mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Develop and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), defining scope, service levels and exit strategies.
- Coordinate integration and carve‑out plans with IT domain heads and Corporate M&A.
- Operate the EMEA IT risk management framework, maintain risk registers, KPIs, and mitigation tracking.
- Support Internal Audit in follow‑up of internal and external IT audits, ensuring closure of findings.
- Provide regular risk and audit reports to the EMEA Digital & IT Leadership Team.
- Serve as primary contact for Group Internal Audit, Legal, and BU/FU leadership on all IT risk and M&A topics.
- Ensure consistent communication, clear governance, and predictable delivery during integration or spin‑off programs.
Qualifications
- MA or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in IT governance, IT audit or M&A integration in a multinational environment, preferably in consulting, advisory or corporate role.
- Strong understanding of IT due diligence, architecture, infrastructure, TSA frameworks, compliance and enterprise risk management.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally – bridging IT, Finance, Legal and Corporate M&A.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to translate complexity into executive insights.
- Fluent in English; German language skills a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments highly desirable.
- Knowledge of security and risk standards (e.g., NIST).
- Leadership, problem‑solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a global, complex business environment across multiple time zones.
