Senior Manager, Digitalization Efficiency and Execution (f/m/div)

As Senior Manager, Digitalization Efficiency and Execution at Infineon, you’ll steer EWM’s efficiency strategy, build a bold digitalization roadmap, and lead an international team to operational excellence. You’ll thrive on data-driven decisions, KPI dashboards, and scalable best practices to optimize processes across SRC, KAM, TQTM and OPS, while partnering with transformation teams across the company. You will lead, influence, and elevate performance—where your ideas become enterprise outcomes.

Responsibilities

Initiate, lead and drive EWM’s Efficiency strategy and Procedures, Digitalization/efficiency and execution out of EWM’s DEE organization
Develop and implement an Efficiency strategy including an EWM digitalization roadmap aligned with organizational goals and overarching excellence initiatives (e.g., at the OP level)
Lead and manage a diverse international DEE team
Enable overall EWM ambitious target setting and transparency during monitoring of status (e.g., KPI dashboard)
Ensure a high-performance mindset through tailored solutions, best practices/benchmarking and operational efficiency on procedures and digitalization across EWM’s key functional areas (e.g., SRC, KAM, TQTM, OPS)
Drive the development and implementation of solutions that improve operational performance and efficiency (e.g., process optimization, digitalization)
Collaborate with other IFX digitalization/excellence teams to gain synergies and multiply new methodologies
Participate in Infineon’s overall digital transformation community and strategy derivation, representing EWM’s interests
Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across all EWM functions
Develop user trainings and documentation for EWM-related/newly implemented tools, systems and processes
Establish and drive EWM’s Performance Measurement Management System (EWM KPI Dashboard)
Monitor, measure and report the organization’s performance to ensure target achievement in collaboration with EWM

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing), Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Data/Analytics, or related fields
At least 6 years of experience in operations excellence/digital transformation within manufacturing/supply chain
People management experience preferred
Strong data analytics skills with ability to present conclusions in a management-ready format
Clear mindset on risk assessment, evaluation and decision making; able to propose feasible solutions balancing benefits and risks
Ability to translate senior management missions into executable plans and steps
Ability to communicate with suppliers and influence their teams to achieve targets in execution
Fluency in English in business conversation and presentation
