Your mission

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting
• Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Support in group reporting and consolidation
• Coordination of intercompany reconciliations (Germany, Italy, China)
• Coordination and communication with auditors for annual audit

Tax & Compliance

• Independent handling of VAT audits
• Acting as contact person for tax advisors and auditors

Treasury & Liquidity Management

• Liquidity planning and cash flow monitoring

Controlling & Planning

• Participation in annual budget planning
• Familiarity with controlling topics and financial analyses
• Managing insurance matters

Leadership & Communication

• Managing and developing a team of three experienced finance colleagues (technical and disciplinary leadership)
• Acting as key contact for banks and other external stakeholders

Your profile

Education & Professional Background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Solid professional knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) ; understanding of IFRS is a strong plus
• Prior experience in an audit firm (Big Four or similar) is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of tax compliance (Tax audits, transfer pricing)
• Hands-on experience with financial software (e.g., Lucanet or equivalent)
• Proven experience in leading a finance team, with strong people management, coaching, and organizational skills

Language Skills

• German : professional proficiency
