Senior Manager – Security

Your Mission:

You will take strategic and operational responsibility for our Security department and lead a dedicated team in a dynamic environment. Together with our technology partners, you will shape the future of IT security — from traditional perimeter protection to modern cloud and Zero-Trust architectures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical, methodological, and disciplinary leadership of the Security team
• Strategic collaboration with our core partner Cisco to identify and implement future topics
• Design and development of our security portfolio with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Splunk
• Responsibility for resource planning, capacity management, and skill development within the team
• Promotion of methodological and technical competencies to optimize our Professional Services
• Support and management of complex security projects in enterprise environments

Your Profile:

• Completed technical or business administration studies with an IT focus or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in networking and security, ideally with Cisco certifications
• Solid knowledge of technologies such as SSE/SASE, Zero Trust, NAC, XDR, MFA, and security monitoring with Splunk
• At least three years of leadership experience with a cooperative leadership style
• Strong ability to analyze complex issues and communicate them clearly
• Initiative in exploring new technologies and sharing knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Willingness to travel and fluent German and English skills
