For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Develop and implement global social media strategies tailored to the brand identity while ensuring alignment with the overarching Group social media direction
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, keeping up with trends, algorithms, and innovations
• Design and execute influencer strategies to support storytelling, product launches, and brand campaigns
• Identify and vet relevant influencers in collaboration with local teams and agencies – also managing any international brand ambassadors
• Oversee the full execution of influencer campaigns from briefing to content approval and performance analysis – ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements
• Define KPIs and monitor performance for the owned brand channels and cluster retail accounts in close collaboration with the Group SoMe team
• Lead the strategy and manage agency execution for the Instagram and TikTok accounts of three corporate brands
• Create and develop social media toolkits (e.g., visuals, hashtags, filters, Reels formats, UGC) in partnership with a creative agency
• Track and manage the global social media and influencer activation budget while guiding local markets on budget planning
• Build and maintain strong collaboration with the Group Social Media team and Cluster Corporate Brand / Social Media managers – fostering an inclusive and appreciative environment

YOUR SKILLS

• 4+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and memorable brand activations
• Previous experience in an international company is a plus
• Strong platform and content expertise with a deep understanding of digital trends and community engagement
• Excellent communication skills and a sharp sense for brand tone and storytelling
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to think strategically and act operationally
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• A team player with the ambition to create impact together
