About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment excellence across our operations internationally. This role offers significant autonomy and impact, managing complex hiring initiatives across technical, commercial, and leadership positions with a strong focus on the European and Americas markets.
  • As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading sophisticated search projects for specialized roles in the chemical sector while contributing to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional and leadership positions across chemical operations, R&D, engineering, and commercial functions internationally
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles, particularly targeting passive talent in the US market and European chemical hubs
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and business leaders to understand complex organizational needs and provide market intelligence on talent availability and competitive trends
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to strengthen the organization's position as an employer of choice in the chemical industry
  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategy development, process optimization, and best practice implementation while providing guidance to junior team members

Your Profile

Essential Experience

  • 6-10 years of progressive recruitment experience with demonstrated success in technical or scientific hiring, preferably within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or process industries
  • Strong experience recruiting across international markets, preferably including Europe and the Americas
  • Strong stakeholder management experience working with senior leadership and navigating matrix organizational structures
  • Hands-on experience with modern recruitment technologies, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics tools
