To support our growing business, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst.

The role

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at Oviva, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies through comprehensive data analysis and insights. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on marketing and customer funnel activities, identifying key growth opportunities and giving clear recommendations to our Marketing and CRO managers. Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing data tracking: Set up and maintain robust tracking systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Salesforce, and other tools to ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and actionable across platforms.
  • Connect the dots across data sources: Integrate inputs from ad platforms, survey tools, web analytics, and CRM systems to create a complete, unified view of our marketing performance.
  • Build powerful insights infrastructure: Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools that bring the full marketing funnel to life—helping us track lead generation, customer conversion, and campaign effectiveness with ease.
  • Enable self-service analytics: Empower the Growth Marketing team with intuitive, automated data sources and dashboards that help them make fast, informed decisions without needing to rely on ad hoc reports.
  • Turn insights into strategy: Analyze performance across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-backed strategies for improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional impact: Translate data into recommendations that influence marketing spend, customer journey optimization, and creative strategy—and support teams in implementing them.
  • Lead analytics projects: Take ownership of strategic data initiatives, respond to ad-hoc business questions, and shape long-term projects like media mix modelling, attribution frameworks, and lift test analysis.
  • Standardize metrics and scale automation: Define and validate consistent KPIs across the funnel, identify automation opportunities, and help us scale our marketing analytics infrastructure as we grow.

What are we looking for you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, (business) informatics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2C startup environment and /or performance marketing background
  • Commercial acumen and deep interest in improving business metrics based on analytical insights
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data pipeline management and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in either Python or R is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, GA 4, GTM, Google BigQuery, funnel.io, and LookerStudio (or comparable data visualisation tool like Tableau)
  • Experience with internal data analysis and customer journey mapping
  • Ability to analyze patient journeys and outcomes for application in advertising and PR strategies
