Your responsibilities:
• You create B2B marketing that makes an impact – with digital campaigns, strong content, and memorable events. Thought through strategically, executed with precision.
• You build customer journeys that truly connect – automated, data-driven, and covering the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
• You run cross-channel campaigns – on the website, via email, and on LinkedIn (both organic and paid). KPIs? You've got them in sight and know how to move the needle.
• You bring modern marketing automation to life – powered by AI tools like ChatGPT. Not just for the hype, but to boost efficiency and drive results.
• You create content that hits the mark – targeted, creative, and efficient. And when it makes sense, supported by generative AI.
• You lead projects independently, bring fresh ideas to the team, and work closely with sales, project management, and our tech partners.
• You spot trends – especially in AI – and turn them into real solutions for B2B marketing that works today and tomorrow.


Your profile:
• You have several years of experience in digital B2B marketing – whether in automation, performance, or content doesn't matter that much. What counts is impact.
• You've already worked with tools like ChatGPT – and you know how to use generative AI in a smart, meaningful way.
• You think strategically, make decisions based on data – and still keep the user perspective in mind.
• You work independently and in a structured way – without hiding behind processes. You take initiative and get things done.
• You're a team player, a strong communicator, and open to rethinking the way things are done – together with others.
• Your German is excellent, and your English is strong enough to handle international meetings and content with confidence.
