We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Performance & Growth (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Performance Marketing, Growth, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive scalable and targeted demand generation.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for developing the marketing engine and shaping GTM execution - from paid acquisition and funnel optimization to running tailored ABM campaigns targeting strategic accounts.
This is a great opportunity to shape the demand generation strategy in a new market, working closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and predictable pipeline growth in a fast-paced B2B fintech environment.
This role is a hybrid role, based in Berlin, Germany.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Founders to align growth tactics with pipeline goals, while leveraging data to fuel experimentation and insights.
3 -6 years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing, ideally in CaaS/ SaaS or fintech (Series A–C stage).
Deep knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) and lifecycle tools (HubSpot, GA4, DreamData is a plus).
Proven experience designing and executing full-funnel campaigns with measurable business impact.
Strong A/B testing skills and familiarity with experimentation frameworks and funnel analytics.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and prioritize effectively.
Experience collaborating across marketing, product, data, and sales teams to drive alignment and impact.
Bonus: Background in fintech or working with travel clients is a strong plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
